Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the use of the services (the “Service”) provided by PivoSearch (the “Company”). By creating an account, you accept these terms.

1. Scope of the Service

The Company provides AI-powered on-site search for e-commerce stores. Features and plan terms may change from time to time.

2. Membership and Account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You must keep your account credentials secure.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, or to harm systems.

4. Fees

For paid plans, fees are charged according to your selected plan and billing period. Conversion to a paid subscription after the trial is subject to the applicable terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service belong to the Company. Your store data belongs to you; the Company processes it solely to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the membership at any time. The Company may suspend or close accounts in case of abuse.
